I’ve spent years building two recruitment communities on LinkedIn (Thailand Top Recruitment and Malaysia Top Recruitment) and I kept seeing the same painful pattern: great candidates losing opportunities before a recruiter ever laid eyes on their CV. Not because they lacked experience or talent, but because automated pre-screening — the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — filtered them out.
That reality is what pushed me to create AI CV Optimizer. I wanted a simple, affordable tool that helps every job seeker make their CV both recruiter-friendly and ATS-compliant. Today, most Fortune 500 companies and recruitment agencies rely on ATS software, and candidates deserve a fair shot at getting past that first automated gate.
We developed the tool with insights from a Google HR recruiter advisor, which means users don’t just get an ATS-ready CV but also a Google-style evaluation matrix, the same structured framework used by hiring committees.
